FFOSTRASOL made it two wins from two to move to the top of the MMP Central Wales League South table after a comfortable 5-0 victory at Llanilar on Wednesday evening.

Although not quite at their fluent best, Ffostrasol underlined their title credentials with another commanding display.

Keane Moore, Caio Evans, Michael Wilcox and substitute Tomos Rogers were all on target, while their cause was further helped by a Sion Evans own goal as they eased to a convincing success.

Felinfach were equally impressive as they swept aside an experienced Bow Street Reserves side 6-1.

The hosts made the brighter start but fell behind after 34 minutes when Tom Williams rose highest to head Bow Street in front.

Felinfach responded almost immediately, however, with the industrious Aled Davies cleverly lobbing goalkeeper Lewis James to restore parity.

The hosts then seized control before the interval as quickfire strikes from Ross Diamond and Steffan Evans turned the game on its head and handed them a 3-1 half-time advantage.

Bow Street pushed hard to get themselves back into the contest after the break, but resolute defending and a couple of crucial saves from Tom James kept the Magpies at bay.

Felinfach ultimately put the result beyond doubt 10 minutes from time when Rhys Jon James found the net. Steffan Evans then grabbed his second goal of the evening before substitute Cameron Miles completed the scoring to cap an emphatic performance.

Lampeter Town also claimed all three points with a 2-0 home victory over Tregaron Turfs.

Owen Davies opened the scoring on the half-hour mark after combining well with Rhodri Morgan, before new signing Llywelyn James wrapped up the win in the 73rd minute after being set up by Leon Holmes.
