FELINFACH missed the chance to move level on points with MMP Central Wales League South leaders Ffostrasol after being held to a 1-1 draw by Rhayader Town.

Recent signing Ross Diamond continued his fine form, scoring for the third consecutive game early in the second half after linking up with Osian Kersey to put the hosts ahead.

Felin created chances to extend their advantage but were made to pay when Thomas Price levelled for Rhayader on 69 minutes.

Elsewhere, Llanidloes Town made it two wins from two with an impressive 6-2 victory away at Tregaron Turfs.

Rhun Garner gave Tregaron an early lead, but goals from Ifan Burrell and Drew Reynolds turned the game in the visitors' favour. Garner struck again just before half-time to make it 2-2.

The Daffs took control after the break when Joshua Jones converted a penalty, before substitute Dafydd Carruthers stole the show with a clinical hat-trick.
