Storm Barra has battered mid and north Wales on December 7, causing flooding and damage across the area.

Yesterday, Natural Resources Wales issued flood warnings for Aberystwyth seafront, Borth, Clarach Bay, Aberaeron and Cardigan.

Overnight the Cambrian News received footage showing waves crashing onto Aberystwyth and Borth seafronts, and photographs demonstrating the extent of the damage this morning.
