A BRAZEN thief can be seen stealing a children’s charity box in a shocking video caught on CCTV.

The man - believed to be in his early 60s and seen wearing a striking hat - is believed to have stolen the Save the Children charity box on Wednesday afternoon (24 January) from the Post Office on Lower Cardiff Road, Pwllheli.

The man can clearly be seen lifting the box and tucking it under his coat before he approaches the counter.

North Wales Police said the incident had not yet been reported to them.
