A 29-year-old driver has been arrested in Pwllheli.

North Wales Police say they spotted the driver using a mobile phone, and she allegedly tested positive for cannabis, had no licence and no valid MOT.

A spokesperson said drink/drug driving and using a mobile phone are "two of the fatal five".

"These are the five main causes of collisions and injuries on our roads," the spokesperson said.

The others are speeding, careless driving and not wearing a seatbelt.
