Two warrants were carried out at College Street, Lampeter, under the misuse of drugs act on Thursday, Dyfed-Powys Police have revealed.
Class A and B drugs – heroin, MDMA and cannabis – were seized from three properties, police say.
Three people are due to be voluntarily interviewed in the coming week.
They say police powers were also used to search a further premises on the street.
The activity was in direct response to concerns from the community.
Anyone with concerns about the selling and taking of illegal drugs in their community is urged to report it to police by calling 101.
