Police are appealing for information following the theft of a dog.

“Between 11.30am and 4.55pm on Thursday, 6 January, a 6-year-old Border Terrier/Jack Russell cross called Maisey was stolen along with some loose coins amounting to a few hundred pounds stored in a glass bottle”, a police spokesperson said.

“This is following a burglary at a rural property in the Bethel area, Bala. A White Transit type van with distinct reflectors along both its sides was seen in the area from approximately 8.30am-9am. We are appealing for information or witnesses to make contact via our online webchat facility or on 101 quoting 22000013585.
