POLICE have launched an appeal to find a missing man with Aberystwyth links.
Andrew, known as Andy, who is from Llanelli, was reported missing yesterday (24 January), however he has not been seen since 11 January.
He is 54 years old, and is described as tall, of slight build, with dark / greying hair.
