Garden Club

UNFORTUNATELY, the group had to postponed the September meeting, but the speaker instead visited in October. Members were treated to an interesting talk by Janet Evans of the RSPB Vyrnwy, about the history of the RSPB there and the birds in the area. It was also a chance to buy a wild bird feeders, Christmas cards and a variety of gifts.In November, the group had their Christmas dinner and, though some members were unable to come, atendees enjoyed a cozy night at The Eagels in Llanuwchllyn.The next meeting, on 21 January, will be the annual meeting, so anyone with ideas for nights, speakers or gardens to visit, or anyone wanting to contribute to the organisation of the annual show should attend.The club would like to offer their condolences to Rowenna and Eirian Williams and also Dei Williams in their loss.
