The tower block in Harlech, has been vacated for 10 years.

Why has this once valuable building been left to decay?

This building would have been bringing in revenue if it had been looked after as it sits on a prime spot overlooking the sea. It could be renovated maybe into luxury apartments.

With Harlech receiving a new look this is a carbuncle that either needs to be knocked down or restored.

The land it stands on is very valuable, why is the council standing by and doing nothing with it?
