A family run business has made it to the final of a competition to be crowned Small Business of the Year.
Glosters in Porthmadog received enough votes from the public to put them through to the final round of the competition, hosted by Holly and Co.
Myfanwy and Tom Gloster, who make handmade ceramics in Porthmadog, thanked the public for their support.
“It is with huge excitement that we can let you know Glosters, our little team in the corner of North Wales, is a finalist for Small Business of the Year,” the company announced on social media.
“This is kind of a big deal!
“It’s through your support that we’re here today, your encouragement and faith that our business has grown so much this year.
“You’ve believed not only in us but our team and you’ve kept us busy all year long!”
They added: “ Team Glosters, you’ve been incredible this year. Well done guys.”
The public vote for the Small Business of the Year award is now closed and it is up to the judges to decide who the winners will be.
However, you can still vote for the People’s Choice award.
This is down to public votes alone.
