A LAMPETER-BASED window, door and conservatory specialist has been voted finest in Wales for customer service, at a prestigious industry awards ceremony.

J & P Home Improvements’ award comes from Network VEKA - the UK’s most trusted installer network - which polled nearly 16,000 households over the year, before declaring the company Best in Wales.

Network VEKA is a unique standards organisation that only accepts the very best, most professional window and door companies, and then makes sure they stay that way - through a programme of continuous training and auditing.

To be voted into the top spot, J & P’s customer questionnaires showed higher levels of customer satisfaction than a wealth of respected rivals.

The trophy was presented to Darrel Jones by Network VEKA MD John Ogilvie at a glittering awards ceremony in Stratford-Upon-Avon.
