My name is Suzy Florrie Cunningham. I live in an extra care home called Awel-y-Coleg which is in Bala, and part of a housing association called Gr?p Cynefin.

At Awel-y-Coleg there are 31 flats, 23 two-bedroom and seven one-bedroom. There are tenants who live there, we have caring staff, housing officers, carers and kitchen staff who provide us with our lunches, which the carers or housing officers bring to our flats and place them on tables which have been put outside the flats.

They are doing wonderful, fabulous work for us tenants and I think and feel that they are superheroes doing a super job.

We tenants are self-isolating from Covid-19 and are receiving lovely support from the staff at Awel-y-Coleg.

We all are very lucky and blessed to live in such a beautiful place in Awel-y-Coleg, and have such beautiful people looking after us. They deserve to be praised, commended and congratulated for their superb care.
