WE’RE always on the lookout for unique pictures of local life and landscape, but it’s rare that we get a photo as interesting as Cathy Campion’s.

Taken in her garden near Synod Inn, Cathy somehow managed to capture a jay in flight just as it noticed the camera - and there’s even a little squirrel trotting along in the background!
