Regarding Gwynedd Council’s waste collection, our councils are a shambles. Anywhere else in the UK and they would be forced into special measures.

I now find myself, like many others, having to work over a month just to cover my council tax. How much longer before we are working two or three months just to cover this dysfunctional mess?
