ON Tuesday, 16 July, ‘A History of the Nantgwynant Valley’ from noon to 5pm.

Short guided hillside walks on the hour led by Margaret Dunn from Bryn Bedd, Nantgwynant LL55 4NL. Bring a picnic, suitable shoes and waterproofs.

Directions: from A498 Beddgelert Capel Curig road, in Nantgwynant, turn south and drive one mile up tarmaced single-track lane nearest Llyn Dinas.

Limited parking, so share cars. Parking at and above house. Part of the CBA Festival of Archaeology.

Cost £5 per head. Please book at least one week beforehand with Margaret Dunn (01766 890550).
