‘PEKING, Paris and Betws Garmon: Connections Within The Iron Industry’: Illustrated talk by Dafydd Whiteside Thomas, retired teacher, editor of Eco’r Wyddfa and local and family history tutor, will be held on Wednesday, 21 February, at 7.30pm in the Community Hall at Nantgwynant followed by tea and biscuits.

BILINGUAL visit to Ty Fry in Penrhyndeudraeth will be held on Thursday, 15 February.

This beautifully-restored Elizabethan Snowdonia plan house had a mid 18th century makeover, and has a complicated history researched by the owners.

The group is grateful to Mr and Mrs Paul for allowing them to visit and for providing light refreshments.

Please bring spare indoor shoes.

Time: 2pm.

Venue: Meet in the Penrhyndeudraeth car park near the public toilets at the bottom of the hill leading to Beddgelert.
