IN September, Judith Holland from The Dyfed Archaeological Trust spoke about Historic Parks and Gardens in the area.

Next month’s meeting is on Wednesday, 4 October, and is about plants of Western China by John Shipton of Shipton Bulbs.

Come along and get some inspiration for your garden.

September also saw the annual Horticultural and Craft Show.

This was the 30th show and was well attended with many entries.

Here is a list of the main winners at the show: Garden Club Flower Cup – highest points in Flower Division, Doreen Driscoll; Harry Upton Rose Bowl – highest points in Rose Division, Joan Tetlow; Moduron Teifi Motors Cup – highest points in Floral Art Division, Doreen Driscoll; Morris Tyres Cup – highest points in Novice Flower Divisions, No winner; Vivian & Meryl Dance Cup – highest points in Vegetable Division, Sheila Phillips.
