Women’s Institute

FOR their July meeting, Llanwnnen WI varied their schedule and instead of convening in the evening, decided to meet for morning coffee at The Mustard Seed Café, Lampeter.

Members spent a good hour at the café chatting and putting the world to right whilst at the same time enjoying the delicacies on offer.

A business meeting was also conducted with Avril Jones presiding and the monthly competition, namely a commemorative mug was deservedly won by Gwen Davies.

The WI will not be meeting in August hence the next day out will be in September.
