The annual general meeting was held on 5 November. The minutes were read, agreed and signed before the monthly letter was discussed.

All the officers had agreed to stay on for another year. The arrangement of next year’s programme and competition was then discussed. It was also decided to change the meeting’s time from 1.30pm to 2pm, in January.

The competition was for best photo of a pet, first prize went to Maureen Witts, second to Delyth Jenkins and third to Pam Maddox.

Next meeting will be Christmas dinner on 3 December and the first meet next year will be on 7 January at 2pm.
