A PENUWCH man has been fined by magistrates for driving without L plates and without insurance.
Percival Alwyn Williams, of Llys y Wawr, was caught driving on a provisional licence without displaying L plates and without insurance on the A487 at Blaenplwyf on 26 November last year, Llanelli magistrates heard on 19 April.
The 58-year-old was fined £300 and handed six penalty points.
He must also pay £85 costs and a surcharge of £120.
