A Borth man who pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman in Aberystwyth has changed his plea.
Shaun Tooley, of 11 Pant y Fedwen, Cambrian Terrace, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 6 June.
The 36-year-old had initially denied a charge of assaulting Miriam Amer on Upper Queens Road on 29 April but changed his plea to guilty
The case was adjourned for an all-options probation report to be prepared.
Tooley will be sentenced at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 26 June.
