A BORTH man has been fined by magistrates after appearing in court to admit a charge of resisting a police officer.

Llyr Davies, of 19 Cae Gwylan, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 23 March.

The 20-year-old pleaded guilty to resisting Pc 152 Morgans in Borth on 23 January.

Davies was fined £160 by magistrates.

He must also pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
