A BORTH sex offender has been fined by magistrates after failing to tell police he was going on holiday abroad.
Timothy McKenna-Gorham, of 5 Ty Pantyfedwen, admitted breaching the requirements of the sex offenders register by failing to notify authorities of a period of foreign travel on 22 January when he appeared before Aberystwyth magistrates on 16 March.
The 71-year-old was fined £200 and must pay costs of £85 and an £80 surcharge.
