A BUSINESSMAN accused of 12 charges of raping an underage girl will appear in crown court on 6 May.
Christopher Jordan, 41, who gave his address as Unit 1, Lower Warehouse, Penygarn in Bow Street, has been charged with 12 charges of rape and three charges of taking indecent photographs or videos.
Magistrates heard the case must be sent to Swansea Crown Court as it is too serious for them to deal with. Jordan was released on conditional bail until the hearing on Friday, 6 May.
