AN ABERYSTWYTH couple accused of possessing almost £8,500 of cannabis with intent to supply will appear in crown court after magistrates ruled the case was too serious for them to deal with.
Jordan Bush, 24, and Bronwen Megan Mountford, 19, both of 14 Tremafon in Penparcau, are jointly charged with possession of just under 850 grammes of cannabis with intent to supply.
While Mountford has entered a not guilty plea, Bush did not enter a plea and magistrates entered a formal not guilty plea on his behalf before declining jurisdiction in the case.
The couple were released on unconditional bail until a preliminary hearing at Swansea Crown Court scheduled for 29 April.
