A Rhayader man who left his car in a dangerous position has been fined by magistrates.
Llanelli magistrates heard on 28 February that Gregg Lloyd, of Min y Ffordd, Pant-y-Dwr, left his Vauxhall Corsa in a dangerous position on the B4518 between Rhayader amd Pant y Dwr on 23 July last year.
The 20-year-old was fined £120 and had his driving licence endorsed with eight points.
He must also pay prosecution costs of £110 and a £48 surcharge.
