A LAMPETER man has been fined by magistrates for driving without insurance.

Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 17 February that Vladut Fulgna, of 18a High Street, was caught driving a Vauxhall Insignia without insurance on College Street in Lampeter on 14 August last year.

The 25-year-old was fined £660 and was handed six penalty points.

He must also pay costs of £90 and a surcharge of £26.
