A LLANDYSUL man has been fined by magistrates for driving without insurance.

Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 10 February that Arvind Kumar Pulijala, of Flat 4, Rhodfa’r Ysgol, Llyn y Fran Road, was caught driving without insurance on Penparcau Road in Aberystwyth on 14 July last year.

Magistrates fined the 47-year-old £660 and handed him six penalty points.

He must also pay costs of £90 and a surcharge of £264.
