A Llangurig man has been fined by magistrates after being caught driving at 93mph on the Newtown bypass.
Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 15 January that Matthew Anthony Pinnock, of The Hay Barn, Neuadd Ddu, was clocked by police laser driving a BMW at 93mph on the 60mph limit Newtown bypass on 16 June last year.
The 41-year-old was fined £657 and handed six penalty points.
He must also pay £90 costs and a £262 surcharge.
