A TREFECHAN man has been fined after admitting assault and criminal damage.

Daniel Loveridge, of Avondale, pleaded guilty to assaulting Tyler Morley on 16 July in Aberystwyth and damaging a jumper and watch belonging to him during the same incident when he appeared before Aberystwyth magistrates last week.

Loveridge, 28, was fined £120 and must pay £228 compensation, £85 costs and a £48 surcharge.
