POLICE have launched an investigation into a terrifying moment, captured on a dashboard camera, when a Land Rover towing a trailer dangerously overtakes near Penrhyndeudraeth.

A video titled Crazy driving Penrhyndeudraeth, north Wales was posted on YouTube this week which shows the driver of a Land Rover overtaking and narrowly missing an oncoming car coming in the opposite direction, forcing it on the kerb, but overtakes again and almost collides with oncoming motorcyclists.

A North Wales Police spokesman said: “North Wales Police are currently investigating this incident after receiving footage from a dash board camera owned by a member of the public.”
