A DWYFOR councillor is calling for every single school in Gwynedd to fly the Welsh Flag.
Llais Gwynedd leader Owain Williams, who represent Clynnog, issued the call to arms for all educational buildings in the county to fly the Red Dragon to “raise awareness and identity” for Gwynedd’s schoolchildren.

He added that he appreciated most schools already flew the Red Dragon but that it was “not every school by far”.
The proposal was supported by Penrhyndeudraeth councillor Gareth Thomas who thanked Cllr Williams for the notice of motion.
