A GROUP of children who attend a Machynlleth school are self-isolating, after a positive Covid case was confirmed, the school has said.

Writing on social media this afternoon, Saturday, Ysgol Bro Hyddgen announced: "Following a Covid case, all Year 9 pupils must stay home and self isolate until Monday 12 July 2021.

"Work will continue on Teams during this period."

The pupils on one school bus were also told to self-isolate, the school said.
