A family from Rhydymain have told of their joy at finding their missing dog and her litter of puppies – thanks to the help of a psychic.

The Wyn family lost four-year-old Jack Russell, Beti when she fled from the house while in labour.

They searched the farm for days but couldn’t find her, and fears grew for their beloved Beti and her puppies.

But Llio Wyn wasn’t ready to give up, and searched the internet for help.

Finding Becky Willoughby on Facebook, an animal communicator who offers a lost pet service, she reached out to her for help, as sister Lois, 16, explained.

“It was Sunday, 28 June when Beti went into labour. We opened the door for her to get some fresh air but she ran off.

“We looked everywhere for days but we couldn’t find her.

“My sister didn’t tell us at the time but on the Tuesday she got in touch with a dog psychic, who offered to help for free.”

Llio, 18, gave Becky the dog’s name, age, some pictures of Beti and of the local area.

Becky said that Beti was on farmland by a cow shed, so she went to have a look.

When Llio couldn’t see Beti anywhere, she contacted Becky again.

Becky said she would send a message to Beti and she would come running towards Llio - and she did!

“It was a traumatic experience for us all, and when I saw Beti running towards me it was the most relieving and emotional experience I’ve ever had,” said Llio.

“I’m very glad she’s back home safe with her pups, thanks to Becky!”

Brave Beti led Llio to her three puppies, much to the Wyn family’s delight.

“When Llio told us about the psychic we couldn’t believe it,” said Lois.

“She’d mentioned getting one but we thought she was joking.

“I never believed in them before. It was incredible.”

Becky, who is based in Devon, was happy to help.

“I have found lost pets all over the world whilst working remotely from my home in the UK,” she told the Cambrian News.

“I pick up on the pet’s emotion, which can be hard at times and very draining.

“I knew immediately where Beti was.

“I was delighted when they called me back. I’m so pleased I was able to help.”
