When I read Eric Payne’s letter in the Cambrian News about Y Graig (‘Why has shop with lovely 1930s decor been empty so long?’) it bought back fond memories of when I lived in Aberystwyth in the early ‘80s and Y Graig was one of the vegetarian/vegan cafés in Aberystwyth.

I can remember sitting in Y Graig on a cold winter’s day eating hot vegan spaghetti bolognese.

Now when I come to visit my relatives in Aberystwyth we can dine in the wonderful Crimson Rhino Café that serves delicious vegetarian and vegan food.
