DIANNE and Danielle Pugh and Hazel Pugh Jones raised £1,316 for the respiratory department at Bronglais Hospital by running the Cardiff Half Marathon.
The three ran in memory of their father and grandfather, Thomas William Pugh. Gemma Pugh had also been fundraising towards the respiratory department in memory of her grandfather.
Dianne and Danielle are both members of staff at Bronglais Hospital.
Dianne and Hazel said: “We decided to run the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money towards the respiratory department to show our appreciation to them for the fantastic care our father received.”
Sheila Pugh, lead respiratory physiotherapist, said: “On behalf of the respiratory department at Bronglais Hospital I would like to say an enormous thank you to Dianne and her family for raising such a lot of money in memory of their late father. The money will be used to purchase equipment for the respiratory team to support patients within Ceredigion.”
