Madam,

The people of north Ceredigion, and particularly the people of Penparcau, would do well to ask what option three for the future of the former Bodlondeb home – ‘young people in social housing’ – means.

And is it actually option three or a done deal?

A cynic would say there is more to this story than meets the eye.

And when it comes to Ceredigion council we would all be well advised to be cynical.
