Lili Williams may be only seven, but she wanted to raise money for local NHS workers.

So Lili, of Llangolman, got on her bike and cycled nearly 15 miles in a week and raised a fantastic £500 which she is donating to Hywel Dda Health Charities.

Proud mum Catrin said: “Lili watched a TV clip about the NHS on the frontline and said that she wanted to raise money for the NHS to help them during this difficult time.

“She decided to cycle 2.1 miles every day for seven days.

“We are very proud that she decided to do this challenge and to raise money for such a good cause. #thankyouNHS.”
