ABERYSTWYTH Lions Club will be hosting a charity choir at Llety Parc Hotel this weekend to mark the Lions Clubs International Centennial Celebration.

All are invited to what promises to be an entertaining evening of song, with all proceeds going to the Tenovus Cancer Care charity.

Aberystwyth Lions Club president Meirion Lewis is calling on people to help the club raise as much as possible by coming along to Llety Parc Hotel, Llanbadarn Fawr, at 8pm on Saturday.

“Together we can help Tenovus in our special but humble way of commemorating the Lions Clubs International Centennial Celebration,” said Mr Lewis.

“Do all the good things you can, to all the people you can, in all the way you can.

“Kindly help us help others. Please do extend a helping hand by coming and joining us during the Cor Tenovus Choir, Aberystwyth, and Johnny and Hywel.”

Tickets will be available at the Parc Lodge Hotel entrance.
