Around Aberystwyth, clothing banks and shoe banks and paper banks are in the open air, items such as clothing and shoes and paper are often left near them and become wet (from rain) and sometimes soiled.

Please shelter these banks from the weather, place them within empty buildings, for example, an empty building near Aberystwyth train station was a junior school, as far as I know, or perhaps use the former post office in Great Darkgate Street, Aberystwyth, which I suppose would need to be purchased.

Or use another suitable empty building near a town centre or village centre, depending on the best locations for sheltering clothing banks, shoe banks and paper banks.
