The Welsh Pony and Cob Association Annual Foal Show was held at Penparc, Silian, near Lampeter on Friday evening, 15 September.

The Supreme Champion was the Section ‘D’ champion, a filly. Eglwysfach Rosie from Elgan Evans, Caegwyn, Harford is seen being presented with the Silver Cup by show president Cemaes Evans, Cathedine Stud who also judged the supreme class
The Reserve Supreme Champion was the Section ‘A’ champion, a colt, Tirlas Brenin, from Roland Williams, Greenlands Insurance, Aberystwyth
The filly Coedlan Valley Golden Jubilation, from Mr and Mrs Davies, Coedlan Valley Stud, St Dogmaels took the championship in Section ‘B’
Champion of the Welsh Part Breds was a colt, Cwmplas Rocky Robin, from Nikky Bond, Llandysul
