Madam,

So Tywyn town councillors are to spend £3,000 of our money on a new chain for the mayor (‘Outcry over £3,000 mayor’s chain cash’). It seems to me that some councillors are looking forward to having their name put on the chain.

There is a shortage of money to look after the old school and there are car parks that need resurfacing.

It is very easy to spend other people’s money
