A Meirionnydd road has closed because of an accident.

North Wales Police said the A470 Dolgellau bypass near Talrafon is currently closed.

They have taken to social media to ask the public to avoid the area.

A spokesperson said: “Please avoid the area until further notice and find alternative routes.”
