Rotarians in Lampeter have raised over £1,000 for cancer research.

Lampeter Rotary Club this week presented a cheque for £1,500 to Cancer Research Wales.

The amazing sum has been raised through raffles and personal donations.

Pictured are Helen Louise Davies who is a local ambassador for Cancer Research Wales and Kistiah Ramaya who is President of the Rotary.

All money raised is spent in Wales on vital research into over 200 different types of cancer.
