A Blaenau Ffestiniog girl has raised around £400 for charity after having her hair cut.
Sasha Lee Evans, 12, has raised the money and donated her hair to the Little Princess Trust, a charity which provides wigs to youngsters that have lost their hair because of medical conditions.
Sasha had her hair cut at Split Endz in Porthmadog and mum Tracy Hughes said Sasha was delighted with her new hairstyle.
Tracy said: “Everything went well. I’m really proud of her.
“She’s raised nearly £400 at the moment, but we’re still going around collecting sponsorship money.
“She looks amazing and she loves her new hair.”
Sasha will present the money to the Little Princess Trust when all donations are in, but a fundraising page set up by Tracy will still be open for a short time for anyone who still wants to donate.
