Police in Gwynedd are conducting speed checks near a primary school following complaints from the public.

North Wales Police said they conducted speed checks near the school in Y Ffor at the weekend.

A spokesperson for NWP Gwynedd South said: "PC Pritchard and PCSO Plester have been conducting speed checks in the Y Ffor area following concerns raised by the community about speeding near the primary school. Drive safe and have a great weekend."
