THE Talyllyn Railway has announced their new general manager and hailed him as a “great asset”.

Stuart Williams, having originally studied as a quantity surveyor, is currently the managing director and founding partner in a marquee hire firm, which he has helped develop from a two-person operation to a highly successful business.

He also has experience in sales and distribution management.
