Madam,

I would like to thank all the people who came to my aid when I fell on the corner of Pier Street and New Street, in Aberystwyth, on Remembrance Sunday. Special thanks to the gentleman who fetched a chair from The Cabin for me to sit on to recover and to the kind lady who drove me and my friend home. Thanks, too, for the offer of an ambulance (thankfully not needed) and cups of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I was well looked after by such kind people.
