Beachgoers are being warned to check tide times after two vehicles were submerged by the sea.
The campervans had to be pulled from the water at Black Rock Sands last night (Monday).
Porthmadog Harbour Master Malcolm Humphreys said: “We got the vehicles out of the sea at about midnight.
“I would ask people to be aware of tide times when parking on the beach.”
Porthmadog West councillor, Selwyn Griffiths, agreed.
“Visitors should take notice of the signs on the beach warning people,” he said.
